AI automation and content

We automate one manual process at a time, and we run content workflows that turn your sources into posts and videos. A person approves anything before it is published or sent.

Who it is for

  • Teams that copy data between spreadsheets, emails and systems by hand.
  • Organizations that publish regularly from their own reports, updates or news and want drafts ready for review.
  • Managers who want an automation documented well enough for their team to run it.

What you get

  • Automation sprint: a map of the current process, the automation built and tested with sample data you provide, documentation, and training for the people who will use it.
  • Content workflow: posts and videos made from your sources, checked against those sources before review.
  • An approval step: nothing is published without a person's approval.
  • Plain rules or code where a result has to be exact, and language models only where they help draft or sort.

Timeline

Timeline

  1. Automation sprint: 2 weeks

Days 1 to 3: map the process with the people who do it today and agree on what to automate. Days 4 to 8: build and test. Days 9 and 10: documentation and training.

  2. Content workflow: monthly

We start by setting up your formats and the approval step, then produce and queue pieces for approval each month.

How we work

How we work

  1. Pick one process

A task with clear inputs and outputs that someone repeats every week.

  2. Map it

We go through it with the people who do it today and write down each step.

  3. Automate the repetitive parts

Steps that need judgment stay with a person, who approves the output.

  4. Document and train

You get written instructions and a training session for the people who will run it.

Social and Reels content pipeline

  • Generates LinkedIn text, Instagram captions, 1080 × 1350 carousel slides with a multi-page PDF, and 9:16 MP4 videos with covers.
  • Automated checks run before human review: text encoding, numbers and dates matching the source entry, valid links and exact UTM tags, length limits, and text fit measured in a real browser. A post that fails these checks cannot be approved.
  • Auto-publishing is switched off, so a person approves every post.

Municipal health systems: IF Regula, IF TFD, IF Farma, IF Urgência, IF Vigilância and IF Control

  • Five municipal health modules plus an admin console, designed and built by us, deployed and in use behind a login.
  • IF Farma imports Brazilian electronic invoices (NF-e, as XML or as PDF with text) to pre-fill stock entries, and a person confirms every entry.
  • IF Farma calculates days of stock left, the quantity to reorder, and items likely to expire before use, with deterministic algorithms and no language model in the stock math.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

What kind of process fits a two-week sprint?

One process with clear inputs and outputs that someone repeats every week: collecting items from websites or feeds, moving data from files into a system, or preparing reports and drafts. If a process needs access to systems we can't reach yet, we say so before you sign.

Will AI make decisions in my process?

Not on its own. We use language models where they help draft or sort, and plain rules or code where the result has to be exact, such as calculations. In our IF Farma system, for example, the stock math uses deterministic algorithms and no language model. A person approves anything that is sent or published.

Do you post to our accounts automatically?

No. In the content workflow, every post and video waits for a person's approval. Our own pipeline runs with auto-publishing switched off.

Do you run paid ads?

No. We don't create or manage paid campaigns.

Can you share results from your own content pipeline?

We don't have measured reach or engagement figures, so we don't quote any. What we can show is how the pipeline works and the checks each post must pass before it can be approved.

How is the content workflow priced?

From US$900 / €850 per month. The final monthly price depends on how many posts and videos you need and in which formats, and we confirm it in writing before the first month.
