Custom apps and systems

Web and mobile apps built around your process, starting with a two-week discovery that ends with a clickable prototype and a fixed quote. Our specialties are health and government systems, and medical simulation and training apps, including browser 3D with WebXR (VR) support.

Who it is for

  • Health and public-sector organizations that need a system built around their workflow.
  • Training providers that want browser-based clinical simulations.
  • Companies with a manual process that has outgrown spreadsheets.

What you get

  • Discovery and prototype: written requirements, a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the build.
  • The discovery fee is credited toward the build if you go ahead.
  • Build: the app built to the agreed scope, with previews along the way, testing and launch.
  • Access control and a record of who did what, where your workflow needs them.

How we work

How we work

  1. Discovery

We learn the process, the people who will use the app, and the data it handles.

  2. Prototype

Clickable screens you can test with your users before anything is built.

  3. Fixed quote

Scope, price in USD or EUR, and timeline, in writing.

  4. Build and launch

Built in stages with previews, then tested and launched.

Municipal health systems: IF Regula, IF TFD, IF Farma, IF Urgência, IF Vigilância and IF Control

  • Five municipal health modules plus an admin console, designed and built by us, deployed and in use behind a login.
  • IF Farma imports Brazilian electronic invoices (NF-e, as XML or as PDF with text) to pre-fill stock entries, and a person confirms every entry.
  • IF Farma calculates days of stock left, the quantity to reorder, and items likely to expire before use, with deterministic algorithms and no language model in the stock math.

IF HUB: a multi-tenant portal for municipal health managers

  • The codebase lives in a private repository: Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4 and Supabase.
  • The data model has tenants (municipalities), a module catalog, and module access per tenant and per user, enforced with Postgres row-level security.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Why start with a paid discovery?

So the build can have a fixed price. In two weeks we write the requirements, build a clickable prototype and give you a fixed quote. If you go ahead with the build, the discovery fee is credited toward it.

What is the smallest build you take on?

US$8,000 / €7,500. Smaller needs often fit a website package or an automation sprint.

Are you HIPAA or GDPR compliant, or certified?

No. We don't hold certifications, and we don't describe our past systems as HIPAA, GDPR or LGPD compliant. If your project has regulatory requirements, we list them during discovery so you can plan your own compliance review.

Are your simulations clinically validated?

No. IF SIMULA is for education, and every module says it does not replace clinical protocols. The only recorded content approval so far is internal, for the myocardial-infarction nursing cases, and it is not an independent review. For a training project, we plan review by your clinical experts.

Do you build VR apps?

Our simulations are browser 3D apps with a WebXR (VR) mode built in. We have not recorded tests on a physical headset yet, so we don't claim support for any specific device.

Which technologies do you use?

JavaScript and TypeScript, Next.js and React, Three.js and WebXR for 3D, Supabase (Postgres, authentication, row-level security) for data, Capacitor for iOS and Android, and Netlify for hosting. We suggest a stack during discovery.
