AI monitoring of official sources

We set up automatic collection from the official sources you follow (governments, regulators, public tenders and industry news), write summaries in English, and have a person review them before anything is sent to you.

Who it is for

  • Teams that track rules, consultations and deadlines from government agencies and regulators.
  • Companies that bid on public tenders and need to know when a relevant notice appears.
  • Consultancies, associations and policy teams that brief clients or members on regulatory changes.
  • Anyone who checks the same official websites by hand every week.

What you get

  • A source list agreed with you: up to 10 sources on Starter, up to 30 on Pro.
  • Scheduled collection from those sources, with duplicates removed.
  • Summaries in English, each with its source link and source date.
  • A person reviews every summary before it is sent.
  • A weekly email summary on both packages.
  • On Pro: daily alerts, a second language and a searchable archive page.

How we work

How we work

  1. Collect

Scheduled jobs read feeds, pages and APIs from your sources.

  2. Filter

Duplicates and items outside your topic are removed, and the rest are scored for relevance.

  3. Draft

Each item gets a short summary, a "why it matters" note, and any deadline the source gives.

  4. Review and send

A person checks each draft against its source and approves it before it goes into your summary or alert.

What we have built that shows this

Radar IF is our own monitor for Brazilian health policy. It shows the collection and human-review method. It publishes to a web archive and does not send email, and its content is almost entirely Brazilian.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Which sources can you monitor?

Public sources that publish feeds (RSS or Atom), web pages or APIs: official gazettes, agencies, regulators, procurement portals and industry news sites. We check each source during setup and tell you if one can't be collected reliably or if its terms don't allow automated access.

Does a person really review every summary?

Yes. In both packages, a person checks each summary against its source before it is sent. In Radar IF, nothing from a feed is published automatically, and the system records who approved each entry and when. Its public methodology page also discloses that entries published before 13 October 2026 were batch-approved rather than read one by one. Your monitor does not work that way: each summary is checked on its own.

Do you use AI to write the summaries?

We can use a language model to draft summaries, and the person reviewing is responsible for the final text. Radar IF has an optional drafting step through Anthropic's Claude API; it has been switched off since 13 October 2026, and its drafts now come from a rule-based drafter. We agree with you which approach fits your sources.

Have you monitored US or European sources before?

Only a few. Radar IF's source list includes feeds from WHO, PAHO, the UK Department of Health and Social Care and the US FDA, but almost everything it has published is Brazilian. For your monitor, we build and test collectors for your own source list during setup.

How is the weekly summary delivered?

By email, to the addresses you choose. Radar IF does not send email, so we build and test the email delivery with you during setup, before the first live summary.

What does the monthly fee cover, and can I cancel?

It covers running your monitor: collection, review, and the summaries and alerts in your package. Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
